One-Time Donations

When will I receive my tax letter?

When you submit a one-time donation online, your tax letter is attached to your confirmation email. If you make a donation through the mail, you should receive a tax letter within two weeks. If you do not receive a letter or have a question about your letter, please don't hesitate to contact our office.

Recurring Monthly Donations

How does monthly giving work?

When you submit your monthly donation, you will be charged on that day, and then your card will be automatically charged on the same day every subsequent month. If you donate on the last day of the month, your card will be charged on the last day of the next month (for example, a donation submitted on January 31st will be charged on February 28th). The monthly charges will continue until you should decide to change or cancel your donation, which you may do at any time.

How can I change the amount of my monthly gift?

The amount of your donation may be changed at any time; your next billing cycle will reflect the updated amount. Please send an email to donations@ticketsforkids.org from the email you used to make the donation, with the following information:
Subject: Change Donation Amount
Body: Please include your full name and the new amount you would like to donate each month.

How can I cancel my monthly gift?

You may cancel your donation at any time. Please send an email to donations@ticketsforkids.org from the email you used to make the donation, with the following information:
Subject: Cancel Recurring Donation
Please include your full name and your preferred cancellation date.

When will I receive my tax letter?

For monthly donations, you will receive a tax letter for the total amount donated at the end of the year; this letter will be emailed to you, if your email is available; otherwise, it will be mailed to you.
